THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS TO ADVERTISE WITH US:

  1. You choose to advertise from the list of restaurant(s) we represent.
  2. Fill-out our Ad Subscription Form 
  3. You decide on size of ad.
  4. Make a deposit.
  5. We make an appointment to get together and review what you want, get guidelines for the layout of your placemat ad, and obtain any logos, photos, or artwork.
  6. Our graphic artist will then layout your ad per your specifications.
  7. We provide you a black & white proof of your ad by email,fax or in-person for your approval - make sure all information is correct.
  8. Placemats are sent for printing.
  9. Final payment is due when print-out proofs distributed.
  10. Placemats are delivered to the restaurant, and we mail or deliver a sample copy to you. The placemat ad will run in the restaurant until the placemats are used up. Ads may run for 2 to 3 months depending on the customer base of the restaurant. For new restaurants, we may do lower first runs to offer lower prices.

 

NOTE:

  •  All layout designs must be submitted on or before the 15 days before  the distribution date.
